Job Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and finalized orders.
Provide assistance to customers with orders.
Collect and verify customer information by tracking all inbound visits
and phone inquiries.
Communicate customer feedback for management review.
Job Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in fast paced interior design and/or furniture
shop environment.
At least, Italian and English language (a third language preferred).
Keen sensibility and/or background in design.
Ability on developing interior design projects.
Must possess clear and concise writing skills.
Stellar verbal communication.
Computer Skills: Internet browsers/search engines and experience with
major software programs, such as Word and/or Excel/Access etc.
