Prices of the products on line:

Prices are for goods "ex-factory" in Lissone and tax free. Any kind of additional costs or extra charges are not included and at customer's charge.

Shipping Options:

We ship worldwide by ground by sea or by air freight.

Packaging Options:

Regular cartoon packaging (ground transportation) - included in the price.
Wood box packaging (suggested for air freight or by sea) - at customer's charge.
Wood box waterproof packaging (suggested for shipping by sea) at customer's charge.
You can choose packaging option and evaluate costs in the order form, before you confirm the order.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges vary according to weight, volume and total costs of your order and final destination. You will be informed on line before you place the order.

Payment Conditions:

Galliani Host accepts swift/wire money transfer through banks and credit cards Visa and Mastercard up to a maximum of 2.500 Euro. For Italian residence we accept, also, personal checks, but only if the bank has agencies on the Italian territory.

Production Time:

Most of the products we are selling are made 'piece by piece', personalized on cutomer's request. So we can't give you production dates before the acceptance of your order. Please, do consider, at least, a minimum of 30 days up to 3 months depending on the item you order.

Production time start the day we receive the down payment on our bank account.

Delivery Time:

about 1 week by plane;
about 45 days by sea;
about 1 week by truck within west Europe

Order cancellation:

Due to the nature of our products, personalized by each customer and made one by one, we cannot accept 'cancellation' after we have started the production.
